Tell them to go and stay in a hotel run by Welsh people, unless you are?
You do offer dinner do you?

And what would the Welsh Hotel owners cook for them?

Nice Welsh lamb, home made stew, soups fish dishes, not hard is it?

Welsh cheeses available all the locally sourced food, yogurts,God I could go on and on.

Do you serve lunch or dinner?

Ok so Lamb the first day, What about the rest of the week?
What if they are Veggies ?

I bet they have lamb in greece anyway, and fish and cheese.

The problem is that all food is the same in the uk with only a few one off dishes its the way that its cooked that makes the difference,

Another interesting point is how many guests order a full English breakfast (almost all ) a fellow hotel owner i know was recentley told by trading standards he could not call his breakfast a full Welsh breakfast as the bacon comes from Denmark!!!!

Why doesnt your Hotelier friend use Welsh bacon then instead of complaining? No shortage of it to be had!

Dear Hotelier

I think you need to go and visit some Welsh eateries. Source your produce from Wales!!!!!!

Roast loin of Welsh Mountain lamb

Chargrilled ribeye of Welsh
Black Beef

Seared Nefyn Bay scallops with Carmarthen ham

Line caught local seabass

Tenderloin of Llyn pork

Leeks are as welsh as welsh comes

Barabrith and butter pudding

Welsh Rarebit

Selection of Welsh cheeses with date and apple chutney

Need more ideas?
